Chuck brings over three decades of sales and negotiating experience while maintaining the highest standards in the business. Chuck has received several awards throughout his career as a top-producing individual. He has also attended numerous sales conventions throughout the United States, staying constantly updated on real estate trends and market changes.
Chuck currently serves as Legislative Liaison, Government Affairs Team with the California Association of Realtors (CAR). In addition, he has served as a member of the Laurels Awards Committee of the Sales & Marketing Council, the Builder Industry Association Real Estate Conference Committee, and the Government Affairs and Insight Conference committee.
Recently, Chuck has been adding the finishing touches to a personal project he has poured his heart into. He hopes to introduce to public readers very soon his book series collection named "When Wisdom Stood," a collection of over 10,000 proverbs from lessons learned during his life's journey.
